    The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) Network provides free high-quality, in-depth business advisory services to entrepreneurs and small businesses in areas such as preventure feasibility, funding sources, loan packaging, marketing/sales, business plan development, financial planning, cash flow management, acquisitions, liquidations, and general management. The MSBDC also provides low cost seminars and training programs on small business-related topics, as well as information and referral.
