    Gordon Snyder is the Director of the National Center for Information and Communications Technologies (ICT Center, formerly the National Center for Telecommunications Technologies or NCTT) at Springfield Technical Community College in Massachusetts. The ICT Center is a National Science Foundation Advanced Technological Education Resource Center of Excellence. I’ve authored four engineering and engineering technology textbooks and have over 20 years of consulting experience in the field of communications and information technology.
