As many as 30 new jobs will relocate to the city later this year when a computer company moves into the former Cahillane Dodge car dealership on South Street.
Connecticut-based Colvest Group, which bought the 327 King St. property some three years ago, this week applied for a special permit to build a 4,400-square-foot structure using part of the parking lot close to King Street. The structure would house either a bank or restaurant, although a specific tenant is not named, according to plans filed with the Office of Planning and Development.
