EDC Commends Campanelli Companies and Jennings Real Estate

The EDC commends the Campanelli Companies for closing on the sale of a 72-acre site at Campanelli Business Park in Westfield to Home Depot for the construction of a Rapid Distribution Center. When fully operational, the facility will employ 300 people. Jennings Real Estate represented Campanelli in the transaction. Jennings is one of several local brokerage firms that work with the EDC to track prospects considering investment in the region. The EDC initially received word of this project from a national site selector and issued the lead to our broker group. We are pleased that Jennings and Campanelli were able to close the transaction.
