"When we are investing in our children, it is risk-free with a guaranteed yield," said George Burtch of Ludlow, a vice president with Hasbro Inc., a toy and game company with a manufacturing facility in East Longmeadow. Burtch was among about 14 people from the Springfield area to attend the 2011 National Business Leader Summit on Early Childhood Investment at the Boston Harbor Hotel.
