As chairman of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, created by the so-called Green Jobs Act of 2008, the Patrick administration is partnering in a grassroots marketing effort to raise the sun’s profile as a fuel source. The four pilot communities are Hatfield, Harvard, Scituate and Winchester. (Read Full Article)
