The Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECo) manages a program to develop multi-megawatt PV facilities on restricted-use properties. Working closely with its contractors and the Pittsfield Economic Development Authority, WMECo successfully commissioned this 1.8 MW PV facility in November 2010. (Read Full Article)
