2011 ushers in some lower Mass. tax rates

The new year has ushered in some tax breaks for Massachusetts businesses. The corporate rate is falling to 8.25 percent from 8.75 percent beginning Jan. 1, while the financial institution excise rate will drop to 9.5 percent from 10 percent. (Read Full Article)
