Yesterday, the Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield, in conjunction with State Senator Stephen Buoniconti, hosted the Annual Beacon Hill Summit. Participants, including many EDC member company representatives, learned about reforms, revenues and the current state of the Massachusetts business community directly from legislators such as Lt Governor Timothy Murray, House Ways & Means Chairman Charles Murphy, as well as other top cabinet members and administration officials including Secretary of Economic Development and Housing Gregory Bialecki and Secretary of Transportation James Aloisi. Sponsors making this event possible included Peter Pan Bus Lines, Comcast and WFCR. For more information on this and other events, visit www.myonlinechamber.com.
