Tip-Off organizers planning 2011 event despite poor crowds

"We thought the Tip-Off name resonated in Springfield as something that was once very popular and something that could come back again,'' Hall of Fame manager of events and awards Greg Procino said. "While I would say we were disappointed with the crowds I think we learned some things. From a ticketing perspective four games is probably too much for one day.''
