Springfield to get yearlong 375th birthday bash

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno announced that U.S. Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Springfield, will serve as the honorary chairman of the celebration. Neal was mayor when the city celebrated its 350th anniversary.
