  1. Hill & Dale Mall owner seeks bank or fast-food eatery at site

    1. Connecticut-based Colvest Group, which bought the 327 King St. property some three years ago, this week applied for a special permit to build a 4,400-square-foot structure using part of the parking lot close to King Street. The structure would house either a bank or restaurant, although a specific tenant is not named, according to plans filed with the Office of Planning and Development. (Read Full Article)
