    2. That's how mattresses have been sold for a very, very long time. But they screwed that all up. They designed their own mattress, manufactured the mattress, and sold it online. And they totally changed the ecosystem.
    3. Think about how different life is today; think about all the things that would not have been true before the Internet existed, and then try to imagine what it would be like to have something four to five times bigger than that disrupt our lives.
    4. Essentially, it's Uber, but it's everywhere, and there's no human being driving the car, which drives the costs down, which changes the economics a lot.
    5. If autonomous driving does what it's supposed to do, which is to reduce traffic, make my commute much more enjoyable, and arguably also make my commute more productive, faster, and efficient, the need to live in a city changes.
    6. At the end of the day, you cannot create more real estate. But what if that wasn't true?
