    Colvest Group buys former Bill Willard concrete property on King Street in Northampton

    The new owners of the Bill Willard Inc. concrete plant property on King Street plan to redevelop the 3-acre site into retail or office space. In the near term, The Colvest Group of Springfield will tear down some -- if not all -- three buildings, remove abandoned petroleum tanks and improve the property's appearance.
