    The owners of the Callaway Golf Co. complex at 425 Meadow St. are demolishing an unwanted and obsolete two-story office building even as they welcome new tenant Granite City Electric and an expansion of Callaway's golf ball manufacturing plant. "It's a great site. We've got more space available and property that can be built to suit," said Bob Flynn, chief operating officer of Calare Properties in Hudson. "We have maybe 10 or 12 acres that we can build on now out of the 50-acre parcel."
