    In an effort to get students reading at grade level, Stand for Children Massachusetts is hosting literacy information sessions for parents and teachers across the state this summer. "Despite having some of the best schools in the country, too many Massachusetts children can't read at grade level, and this has lifelong consequences," said Ranjini Govender, executive director of Stand for Children Massachusetts, an organization that focuses on education including literacy, family engagement and more.
