Silverbrick Lofts, renovated downtown Springfield apartment complex, nears full occupancy

More than 250 of the 280 apartments at Silverbrick Lofts in downtown Springfield have been renovated, and once completed they do not go unoccupied for long. "We are showing them every day," said Karen Piemonte, assistant property manager at Silverbrick. "The renovated units are in great demand."
