    Paul McMorrow, Director of Policy and Communications for the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, said the objective of the discussions, which were held in six cities across the state, is to take what they learn and use it to shape Gov. Charlie Baker's overall community development plan. The topics discussed included preparing communities for success, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, sector strategies, competitiveness and regulations, talent retention and workforce development and housing development.
