    The presidents of Westfield State University and Holyoke Community College said a new agreement between the institutions, capping the cost of an associate degree plus a bachelors's degree at $30,000 for eligible students, will expand access to a higher education to those who can't afford it while adding to the pool of highly skilled workers the region's economy needs.
