The Regional Employment Board of Hampden County will receive a $476,000 share of the funding to augment $508,000 it had already received for the YouthWorks Summer Jobs Program. Kathryn A. Kirby, youth employment coordinator for the board, said there will be no problem filling positions even though it is already mid-July.
