    Springfield seeks developer for tax-foreclosed Central Street apartment building, offering up to $300,000 in federal aid

    The city is once again seeking to sell a tax-foreclosed apartment building at 263 Central St., in the Maple High-Six Corners neighborhood, this time offering up to $300,000 in federal assistance to the buyer. Developers interested in buying and restoring the four-story, eight- apartment brick building must submit proposals by Nov. 19, at 2 p.m., at the Office of Procurement at City Hall.
