    Discussion of new site for South Hadley Electric Light Department expected to draw crowd Tuesday

    The company's property manager, Dominic Angelini, of Westfield, says he will attend the Tuesday night meeting and make a presentation. “I plan to present the 28 Gaylord St. property as: 1] A very good alternative; 2] At a significant reduced cost of the proposed new facility at $ 10.8 million,” Angelini said in a statement. “I have sent my handout with my comments to Reinhardt [and] to all the commissioners two weeks ago.”
