    Rail service dream needs to become reality in time for Interstate 91 viaduct construction

    Timothy Brennan, executive director of the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, has floated a proposal to use those transportation funds to rehabilitate the locomotives and passenger cars needed in order to run commuter trains from Greenfield to Springfield five times a day during the viaduct construction project.
