    Northampton-based ServiceNet to expand services with $426,000 grant from state Attorney General Martha Coakley's office

    Attorney General Martha Coakley has awarded nearly $8 million in mental health and substance abuse prevention grants to 22 organizations statewide, including $426,000 to Northampton-based ServiceNet Inc. The grants are the fruits of a settlement between Coakley’s office and Jansen Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, to settle allegations of illegally marketing anti-psychotic drugs. “The programs supported by these funds will help end the stigma around behavioral health care and improve access to critical health services for families in every corner of Massachusetts,” Coakley said while announcing the grants.
