    UMass, Amherst officials hire Philadelphia-based U3 Advisors for town-gown study

    The University of Massachusetts and the town have hired U3 Advisors of Philadelphia in partnership with Corneil Collaborative and The Cecil Group as the consultants to work on town-gown issues of housing and economic development. The company was one of five submitting proposals and one of three interviewed last month. The Town-Gown Steering Committee recommended they be hired and both Town Manager John P. Musante and Kumble Subbaswamy agreed.
