Springfield's A.G. Miller continues proud century-old tradition of metal fabricating, but needs help getting trained staff
When A.G. Milller started in the metal fabrication business in Springfield nearly 100 years ago, its customers were automobile manufacturers Knox and Stevens-Duryea.
'In the 1920s our largest customer was Rolls-Royce when they made cars here in Springfield,' said Rick Miller, the current owner of A.G. Miller and grandson of the company founder. 'We did the fenders and door panels for them. It has always been the precision higher-end of sheet metal fabricating.'
