Kittredge, the well-known, self-made entrepreneur who founded Yankee Candle Co. four decades ago, will be the commencement speaker at Bay Path College this year, hoping to impart some wisdom to a new generation of job-seekers emerging as graduates in one of the toughest economies in recent history.
