Massachusetts House snuffs out effort to increase local aid
Ira H. Rubenzahl, president of Springfield Technical Community College, said he was disappointed. The cuts are coming even though enrollment has increased, he said.
“It’s very serious,” he said. “This will definitely cause us to have a fee increase.”
