United Way of Pioneer Valley raises $6.2 million

More than 300 people attended the United Way’s annual luncheon Wednesday held at the Log Cabin Banquet and Meeting House in Holyoke. This year, the United Way raised $6.2 million for local charities, a 4.4 percent increase from 2008.
