    A meeting between Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, Mohegan Sun and Gaming Commission representatives planned for this week has riled officials in the town of Monson, who think they should be able to attend it because it will discuss Mohegan's approach in dealing with surrounding communities. Mohegan is proposing to build a nearly $1 billion resort casino on Thorndike Street (Route 32) in Palmer, which borders Monson.
