    After 25 years of service, Craig Melin will resign as president and CEO of Cooley Dickinson Health Care, hospital trustees announced Monday. Matthew M. Pitoniak, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cooley Dickinson, said the Board of Trustees was pleased that Melin will stay on for six months to complete initiatives that have been critical to the transformation of Cooley Dickinson in the face of changes in the health care environment.
