    The New England Public Radio Foundation has been awarded a state grant of $113,432 to assist construction of new headquarters for WFCR and all-news WNNZ in downtown Springfield. The grant, made June 17 from the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund, was announced in a release from the foundation.
