The Tip-Off Classic is back, in a new and expanded format.
Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame president John L. Doleva said Friday an eight-team Division I tournament will be headquartered in Springfield in the fall of 2010, giving teams four games each and including the University of Massachusetts.
