    A University of Massachusetts-Amherst School of Public Health and Health Sciences research team has been chosen by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to conduct a multi-year $3.64 million research project - believed to be the first of its kind - to study the economic and social impacts of introducing casino gambling to Massachusetts, as well as problem gambling.
