AIM and EDC host Social Media event

This morning, the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and the Economic Development Council presented "Social Media for HR Executives" an event that explored and addressed social media from a human resources perspective. Presenters at the event included Jackie Fallon of FIT Solutions (a member of the EDC Workforce Resource Group), Dave Sweeney of The Communications Department and Kim Klimczuk of  Royal & Klimczuk, LLC. The presenters addressed topics such as Using Social Media as a recruiting tool;  Using Social Media to communicate with employees; Social Media policy considerations; and Protecting yourself from legal liabilities.
