EDC sees new Prospect activity

From the EDC (Feb 5 2010)
1. The EDC has already entertained or responded to seven prospects interested in expanding or investing in western Massachusetts during the first five weeks of 2010. Last year we had seven prospects total for three of the four quarters (and nine in Q4). Our prospect count can sometimes be a leading indicator for future investment activity. This is a trend that we will monitor closely and we hope that it continues.
