EDC remembers Don Dowd
From the EDC (Jan 26 2010)
-
It was with great sadness that the EDC learned of the passing of Don Dowd. While we did not mention our work with Don very often, Don was very helpful to many of our efforts, especially in the legislative arena. Not only was Don a valuable partner, perhaps more importantly he was a dear friend and someone dedicated to the betterment of the Greater Springfield area. He was involved in more efforts than can be listed; always working hard, and often behind the scenes. To say he will be missed is an understatement.
