    MAAC organizing committee details hospitality plans for upcoming championships

    This year for its men’s and women’s basketball championships March 7-11 at the MassMutual Center, the MAAC organizing committee is encouraging fans to try and visit all the host restaurants. “This year, it’s really to encourage all the fans and guests to move around and see as many establishments as they can downtown,” Greater Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau hospitality services coordinator Taryn Siciliano said. “There’s such a variety, especially with the nine participating restaurants, and we really wanted to showcase that.”
