      Organizations working to motivate customers to carry out energy efficiency upgrades are eligible for $1 million in state grants, the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) announced. The agency is offering the grants to help private organizations carry out business plans that involve motivating customers to install the measures in their buildings.
