      The Massachusetts Association of Realtors on Tueday released positive figures for April. Sales of detached single-family homes increased 43.8 percent statewide in April from 2,448 in April 2009 to 3,520 last month. On a month-to-month basis, home sales were up 21.8 percent from 2,890 in March.
